Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains how personal information may be collected and used when you visit this website or get in touch. It is written in plain language for transparency.
Who runs this site
AKI AI Studio is a personal creative and AI‑video studio brand run by an independent creator. It is not a registered company, and this website is an individual freelancer's portfolio and service presentation site.
What information is collected
If you use the contact form, the following information is collected so your message can be received and answered:
- Name — so I know who I'm replying to.
- Email address — so I can respond to you.
- Message content — the details of your inquiry or project.
The contact form works by composing an email to the studio, which is then delivered to and stored in the studio's email inbox. It is never added to a marketing database, and what you write is never passed to any analytics tool.
Additionally, like almost any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may automatically process standard technical information — such as your IP address and basic browser or device type — in its server logs for security and reliability.
If, and only if, you agree to it, this site also uses Google Analytics to measure visits. It is off until you accept and is described in full under Cookies & analytics below. There are no advertising or re-targeting scripts of any kind.
Why this information is collected
- To reply to your inquiries and questions.
- To discuss potential projects, collaborations, and quotes.
- To keep the website secure and working correctly (technical/server data only).
How information is stored and processed
Your information may be processed through a small number of third‑party services used to run this site and communicate with you:
- The hosting provider that delivers the website.
- The email provider used to receive and store messages sent through the contact form.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), but only if you accept analytics cookies. Decline and Google receives nothing at all.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms. Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to you or to keep a record of our correspondence.
What is never done with your data
- Your personal data is not sold or rented to anyone.
- Your details are not used for spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Your data is not shared beyond the providers needed to reply to you.
Your rights
You can ask, at any time, to:
- Access the personal information held about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information from the studio's records.
To make any of these requests, just send an email using the contact details below.
Cookies & analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which work gets watched and which pages are useful, so the site can be improved. It is the only analytics tool here: there are no advertising pixels and no Meta, TikTok, or Hotjar trackers.
Nothing loads until you say yes. Google Analytics is switched off by default. When you first visit, you are asked to choose, and no analytics script is downloaded and no analytics cookie is set unless you press Accept. If you press Decline, nothing is loaded and no cookie is stored — the site works exactly the same.
If you do accept, Google Analytics sets the following cookies in your browser:
_ga— distinguishes one visitor from another. Expires after 2 years._ga_<id>— keeps track of the current visit. Expires after 2 years.
These cookies record things like which pages you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. They do not tell me your name, and this data is never used to identify you personally, never sold, and never combined with your contact-form messages. Google processes it as a data processor under its own terms, which may involve transfer outside your country.
Your only stored preference is the choice itself, kept in your browser's local storage (aki-cookie-consent) so you are not asked on every page. That is not a cookie and is never sent anywhere.
Changing your mind. You can withdraw or give consent at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of any page — it is exactly as easy to refuse as to accept. Choosing Decline also deletes any Google Analytics cookies already set. You can additionally use Google's own opt-out browser add-on, or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Aside from this, the hosting provider may still keep standard server logs for security and reliability, as described above. Should any other tracking tool ever be added, this policy will be updated first.
